"Elevate Your Art" (which includes elevateyourart.com, parsleyfineart.com, among others) (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded.

Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages).
Mentorship & Course Policies

The Mentor provides mentorship as an independent contractor. This does not create a partnership or attorney-client relationship.

Equipment required includes: computer with high-speed internet, microphone, webcam (where applicable), Zoom, and the latest version of Photoshop CC.

Confidentiality: All materials provided (brushes, worksheets, techniques, etc.) are confidential and may not be disclosed or shared.

Refunds/Transfers:

Mentorship fees are non-refundable. Transfer to another mentee requires Mentor approval.

Digital products (brushes, textures, guides, PDFs, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded.

Subscription refund policies are as stated on the subscription cancellation page.

Lifetime Access: Refers to the lifetime of elevateyourart.com, not the mentee’s or mentor’s life. Not all courses include lifetime access; see individual sales pages.

Non-Compete: Mentee shall not compete as a mentor within 24 months of completion of mentorship.

Conduct: Mentees must maintain professionalism and cooperation. Abuse, harassment, or unprofessional conduct may result in termination without refund.

Recordings: Mentees may not record, photograph, or otherwise capture mentorship sessions.

Facebook Groups: Access to groups is a bonus, not a guaranteed part of any course. Mentor may remove any student at any time.
AI & Data Scraping Restrictions

All content on this Site—including artwork, images, videos, text, captions, metadata, course materials, and downloads—is protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

You may not use Site content in any AI training, fine-tuning, or generative system (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion).

You may not scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated methods to access or extract content.

Any license granted is terminated immediately upon breach.

Violations may result in injunctive relief, damages, and enforcement under the DMCA.
Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, with exclusive jurisdiction in Cannon County.

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the rest.
